Planning due diligence report: £250 flat fee

This is a good place to start. It’s an affordable desktop report that sets out your site’s constraints, plus our high level planning view on what you need to do. It will give you initial advice quickly from those in the know, so you get a better idea of where you stand before you spend a penny on drawings, surveys or applications.
